In the rare case that a product needs to be replaced, please email us on support@aresdigital.com. We prefer this method of communication. If you wish, please call us on  408 855 8412. At this point a technician will diagnose the problem. If required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. The return location will also be advised. Be sure to quote the RMA number on the package returned. We will pay the return postage charges to you.
